Location Come and visit our wonderful brand new 6 bedroom villa in the prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens, just minutes from both Disney, the shopping village and fine restaurants. The villa has been professionally furnished and has every amenity you could need for a perfect holiday.

The Villa On the ground floor the villa comprises of 1 King sized bedroom with en-suite (which leads to the poolside), 2 twin bedrooms, separate bathroom. The villa has two lounges, kitchen, breakfast area, formal dining room and utility room. On the First floor there are 2 Queen sized bedrooms (one with en-suite), and 1 with Jack & Jill bathroom to the third twin bedroom. All our bedrooms have individual satellite TVs with DVD or VCRs. The main lounge has a large screen TV with both DVD and VCR, and for further in-house entertainment we have provided a PS2 console and games. Our games room has air hockey, and pool table.

Features The villa has a beautiful 30 ft x 16 ft swimming pool with remote controlled spa. Fibre optic lighting and colour wheel have been installed to give you your very own underwater light show. Our pool is regularly maintained to the highest standard. For those of you wishing to laze around the pool, we have created an extended deck area with ample poolside furniture and BBQ.

Amenities All linens provided. A washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, all cookware and utensils. The villa is fully maintained and licensed. We would ask that guests do not smoke inside the villa. No pets please.
